Filtering, sorting and views
Narrow and order the grid, focus on locations, and save views to reuse.
The toolbar above the grid lets you narrow and order what you see, and save that setup as a view to come back to.
Filter
Use Filter to show only the rows you want, by one or more conditions on the table's columns.
- On Go, you can apply one filter rule at a time.
- On Pro, you can combine multiple rules.
Sort
Use Sort to order rows by a column.
- On Go, you can sort by one column.
- On Pro, you can sort by multiple columns in priority order.
Filter by location
The locations filter in the table panel narrows the whole editor to specific locations - or a location group - so every table shows just those locations' data. It is the quickest way to focus on part of a site across all its tables at once.
Saved views
A view saves your current filters, sorts and column layout so you can reapply them in a click. Saved views are a Pro feature.
Set up the grid
Apply the filters and sorts you want.
Save the view
Choose Save view from the toolbar and give it a name.
Reuse it
Open it any time from the Views tab in the table panel.
Views come in two kinds:
- Project Views - saved to this project only.
- Configuration Views - shared across every project on the same configuration, so your team reuses the same views.
You can edit or archive a saved view from the Views tab.
