Flags
Review and resolve the records flagged across a project.
Flags mark records that need a second look - raised in the field with Log, or by validation. The Flags screen is where you review and clear them.
Review a flag
Each flag shows its message, priority and status. Open one to edit it:
- set the priority - Lowest, Low, Medium, High or Highest,
- set the status - Unresolved or Resolved,
- adjust the message.
Work through the list by priority, resolving flags as you deal with them, and remove a flag once it no longer applies.
Flags are raised elsewhere
Flags come from the field and from validation - you manage and resolve them here rather than creating them.
