# Flags

> Review and resolve the records flagged across a project.

**Flags** mark records that need a second look - raised in the field with
[Log](https://www.gimlabs.io/platform/log), or by
[validation](/manage/table-editor/validation). The Flags screen is where you review and clear
them.

## Review a flag

Each flag shows its **message**, **priority** and **status**. Open one to edit it:

- set the **priority** - Lowest, Low, Medium, High or Highest,
- set the **status** - **Unresolved** or **Resolved**,
- adjust the message.

Work through the list by priority, resolving flags as you deal with them, and
**remove** a flag once it no longer applies.
