Submitting data
For suppliers - upload AGS to a project, see it checked against the firm's rules, and submit it for review.
Some Connect contacts are suppliers - drillers and labs who send ground investigation data to the project team, rather than viewing it. If you have been invited as a supplier, Connect gives you a place to upload AGS, see it checked before you send it, and track it through review.
Two kinds of Connect contact
Connect serves both clients, who view and export a shared project (read-only - see Overview), and suppliers, who submit data. This page is for suppliers. You get access the same way either way - by invitation.
Upload and check a file
Choose your AGS file
On the submit screen, upload your AGS file. Connect checks it as soon as it is uploaded.
Read the checks
The results are grouped into three layers (see below). Fix anything that needs fixing in your source data and re-upload.
Submit for review
When there is nothing blocking, choose Submit for review. The project team is notified and your submission enters their queue.
What the checks mean
Your file is checked on three layers:

Errors on the AGS format and Project rules layers must be fixed before you can submit. Warnings and info, and anything on the Validation engine layer, are advisory - worth a look, but they will not stop you submitting.
The rules are set by the firm
Which Project rules apply is decided by the team you are submitting to. If a rule is blocking you and you think it should not, contact them - they manage it from their GIMLabs tools.
Track and resubmit
After you submit, your submission moves through these states:

| Submitted | Sent; waiting for the team to review. |
| Under review | The team has opened it. |
| Changes requested | They have asked for changes - resubmit a new version. |
| Accepted | Accepted and imported into the project. |
| Rejected | Declined. |
If the team requests changes, you will see their note and can upload a corrected file as a new version (v2, v3, …) - it goes through the same checks and review. You can download the files you submitted at any time.
