# Site diary

> Keep a project's site diary - dated entries with subject, duration and notes.

The **Diary** keeps a project's site diary - a dated record of what happened on
site, in a form that travels with your AGS exports.

## Add an entry

Choose **New entry** and record:

- a **start date** and **end date**,
- a **subject**,
- a **duration**,
- and **comments**.

Entries list newest first, and you can **edit** or **archive** any of them. Include
the diary in an [export](/manage/exporting-data) to send it on with the rest of the
project.
