# Flags

> Flag records for review as you log.

As you log you can **flag** records that need a second look - a description you are
unsure of, or something to check back at the office - without stopping to resolve
them there and then.

## Flag a record

  <Step title="Open the flag">
    Select a record and choose **Add flag**.
  </Step>
  <Step title="Describe it">
    Enter the flag note, and set a **Priority** (Lowest, Low, Medium, High or
    Highest) and a **Status** (Unresolved or Resolved).

  <Step title="Save">
    The record is flagged. Flags travel with the data, so they can be reviewed in
    [Manage](https://www.gimlabs.io/platform/manage) across the project.
